ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join its outpatient orthopedic team in Tucson, Arizona . This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative outpatient setting while enjoying one of the Southwest's most scenic cities, known for its year-round sunshine, mountain views, and endless outdoor recreation.

Limited-Time Bonus

Start on or before October 15 and earn a $2,500 Completion Bonus!

Travel Physical Therapists who begin an eligible assignment on or before October 15 will receive a $2,500 completion bonus upon successful completion of the contract.*

*Bonus subject to client and Ardor Health Solutions terms and successful fulfillment of the assignment.

Position Details

• Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
• Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics
• Location: Tucson, AZ
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks (extensions often available)
• Patient Population: Orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, spine, and general musculoskeletal conditions
• Typical Caseload: Approximately 10–12 patients per day (varies by clinic)

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Treat orthopedic and post-operative conditions using evidence-based techniques
• Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary clinic staff
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license (or eligible for Arizona licensure)
• Current BLS Certification
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
