We’re looking for a builder, closer, and operator who can run projects in the field and grow business in the market.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO


You’ll own the Iowa territory and be responsible for:

• Running active industrial/construction projects from start to finish
  
  
• Leading field crews and subcontractors in multiple locations
  
  
• Building strong client relationships and winning repeat work
  
  
• Identifying and driving new business opportunities
  
  
• Being the face of the company in the field and with customers
  
  
• Helping scale a growing Midwest operation
  
  

This is a hybrid of Project Manager + Business Development + Field Leader .



WHERE YOU’LL WORK


You will be mobile across three key Iowa markets:

• Eddyville (primary focus - 2-3 days/week)
  
  
• Cedar Rapids (1-2 days/week)
  
  
• Des Moines (1-2 days/week)
  
  

You’re not sitting still-you’re building a territory.

• Industrial construction PMs
• Steel, coatings, fabrication, mechanical, or self-perform contractors
  
  
• Field supervisors ready to step into ownership-level responsibility
