Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join a fast-paced accounting team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term placement based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and process accounts payable data into Oracle and other systems
- Scan and upload invoices into the system accurately
- Open and distribute incoming mail related to accounting functions
- Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies
- Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
- Support the AP team with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous data entry experience required (Accounts Payable experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong 10-key/data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems (Oracle experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Position Details:
Pay: $18.00 $19.00 per hour
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
