Essential Functions:- Team player
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Excellent menu and product knowledge
- Accountable for the accuracy of the guest's order
- Communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns in a professional manner
- Able to suggestive sell products
- Able to support fundraising initiatives
- Proficient use of POS system
- Able to count money accurately
- Maintain an organized, stocked, and sanitary workspace
- Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Adherence to all PCI compliance guidelines
- Take phone orders accurately
- Understand the mission of the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
