Qualifications

• State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications ACLS (AHA)
• Certifications BLS (AHA)
• Certifications ONCC or ONS
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Oncology in last 3 years.
• EMR Epic
• Skills Assessment ONC skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 1 Supervisor reference within the last 1 year. 1 Charge RN reference within the last 1 year.
• Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
• Additional Confirmations Administration of chemotherapy is required.
• Additional Confirmations Accessing and managing ports experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations Administration of blood and blood products experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations Central line blood draw and central line/implanted line care experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations PICC line care experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations Starting and maintaining IVs experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations Antibiotics and antiemetics experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations Foley catheter insertion/management experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations Isolation precautions/PPE experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations Telemetry interpretation and monitoring experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias experience is required.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 75.0 miles not accepted.
• Requested Time Off Up to 7 days of time off can be requested.
