The Senior Advisor(Producer) is a senior-level insurance sales leader responsible for driving organic growth through strategic client acquisition, trusted advisory relationships, and market leadership. This role is designed for a highly experienced producer who operates as a business advisor — not simply a salesperson — helping clients protect and scale their businesses through sophisticated risk management and insurance solutions.Advisors at The Baldwin Group, leverage deep industry knowledge, carrier relationships, and consultative selling expertise to deliver tailored insurance strategies.
