As part of a newly integrated system of state psychiatric hospitals, we serve consumers across the state as the Eastern Center of Excellence in Mental Health and Addiction Services. The hospital clinical and medical leadership collaborate with the unit treatment teams to provide the most contemporary and comprehensive care possible.Salary: The salary for this position traditionally starts at $26,312.00 but may be commensurate with education and work experience.A Day in the Life: The essential functions of this role are as follows: Cleans restrooms, sinks, and mirrors. Mops and waxes floors. Dust and polish furniture. Washes windows, blinds, and walls. Distributes paper towels, bathroom tissue, cups, cleansing agents, etc. Requisitions distribute and store supplies. Reports needed repairs of equipment and facility. Workday attendance at assigned worksite(s) is an essential function of this position. Working knowledge of the variety and uses of cleaning and sanitizing agents. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Assists in training new employees and completing necessary reports and order forms. Effectively communicate, both orally and in writing. A degree is not required.
