About the Role We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with expertise in the industrial and power/process sectors. This role involves leading multiple projects, collaborating with MEP/FP teams, and delivering designs that meet architect and owner objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, project management experience, and the ability to foster client relationships. Responsibilities Lead the design of complex building electrical systems in the industrial and power/process sectors. Perform electrical system modeling using SKM or ETAP. Integrate electrical systems with chilled water, compressed air, and steam/hot water systems. Collaborate with internal teams, architects, and contractors to meet project goals. Manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to business development initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering. 7+ years of experience in industrial and power/process electrical systems. Registered Professional Engineer (Tennessee or ability to obtain). Proficiency in Revit and electrical modeling software (SKM/ETAP). Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Required Skills Strong technical skills in electrical engineering. Ability to foster client relationships. Preferred Skills Experience with MEP/FP teams. Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
