Charlotte Eye Ear Nose And Throat Associates Pa is seeking a friendly Patient Representative (Front Desk) to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in our busy clinics. You will guide patients through check-in/out, verify insurance, schedule visits, and assist with payments while maintaining CEENTA standards of confidentiality. You’ll operate a multi-line phone system, help patients with kiosk usage, and support clinic flow. #J-18808-Ljbffr
