Farm Maintenance Technician Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for a temp-to-hire Farm Maintenance Technician with an innovative indoor vertical farming company in Hudson, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting daily operations in a clean, fast-paced production environment. You'll play a key role in keeping production equipment running efficiently while helping maintain the facility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on production, packaging, and farming equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with equipment setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance tasks. Support general facility maintenance, including sanitation, organization, and upkeep of work areas. Work closely with the production team to minimize equipment downtime and ensure efficient daily operations. Requirements: Previous maintenance, mechanical, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely use hand and power tools. Ability to troubleshoot equipment and complete preventative maintenance tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a production environment with varying temperatures. Must have reliable transportation and be able to work Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.
