Wire Harness Assembly TechnicianThis is a full-time position supporting manufacturing operations by assembling, inspecting, and testing wire harnesses used in electrical systems. We are seeking candidates with aerospace industry experience and hands-on wire harness assembly expertise.The ideal candidate will have experience working with wiring schematics, soldering, and precision assembly in a production environment. Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality and safety standards are essential.ResponsibilitiesAssemble wire harnesses by bundling and binding wires using cable ties, sleeves, lacing, and conduits per specificationsPerform soldering, wire stripping, crimping, terminations, and connector assemblyInspect completed harnesses and perform functional testing; troubleshoot and resolve issues as neededOrganize and label wires using markers, labels, and tie-wraps for proper identificationSet up and operate wire assembly tools and equipmentInsert cables into protective tubing and apply sealants as requiredFollow AS9100 standards, ESD precautions, and company safety proceduresMaintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with quality standardsSupport cross-training efforts and assist with other assembly tasks as directedQualifications / RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED requiredAerospace industry experience preferredPrior hands-on experience in wire harness or cable assembly REQUIREDAbility to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructionsKnowledge of electrical concepts and safety practicesProficiency with soldering, crimping, and small component assemblyStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityAbility to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issuesMust be able to pass a drug screening and background checkPhysical DemandsWork primarily in a manufacturing/production environmentFrequent repetitive hand movements and fine motor tasksAbility to sit for extended periodsRegular lifting up to 20 lbsMay require use of personal protective equipment and adherence to ESD protocolsModerate noise environmentCompensation & Benefits include: Competitive pay up to $28/hour + overtime - Two annual discretionary bonuses - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Benefits pack
