COMMUNITY MANAGER / ASSISTANT COMMUNITY MANAGER

Summary of Responsibilities The Community Manager is fully accountable for all community operations including marketing, leasing, accounts receivables (delinquency & collections), accounts payables, resident retention, resident relations, physical asset maintenance, and contractor management.
