Maintenance Technician Join the Team With a Growing Seafood Operation

Position is expected to start approximately October 12, 2026. Pay range is between $19 to $24/hour - depending on experience. 

We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Maintenance Technician to become a key part of our growing seafood operation. This isn't a job where you'll be stuck doing the same thing every day. One day you may be repairing a conveyor system, the next troubleshooting pumps, maintaining cookers, or helping improve equipment and processes throughout the facility.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair pumps, conveyors, belts, cookers, and other production equipment
• Respond to equipment issues and breakdowns to keep operations running smoothly
• Perform general facility maintenance and repair projects
• Identify potential problems before they impact production
• Work on a variety of mechanical systems and equipment throughout the facility
• Collaborate with management and team members to improve processes and efficiency
• Help support a safe, productive work environment

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and a knack for troubleshooting
• Experience with industrial, manufacturing, marine, agricultural, or processing equipment is a plus
• A self-starter who can take direction and work independently
• Someone who enjoys problem-solving and figuring things out
• Dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn new equipment and systems
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Comfortable working in a physically active environment around machinery and varying temperatures
