Join ACTION POINT PHYSICAL THERAPY LLC as a Physical Therapist in beautiful Sandpoint, ID! We are looking for a passionate and dedicated professional to join our team as Clinic Director while providing exceptional care to our patients, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients’ physical conditions.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility and reduce pain.

Utilize evidence-based techniques to administer physical therapy treatments.

Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and techniques.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.

Stay current with industry trends and advancements in physical therapy practices.

Requirements:

Valid state license to practice physical therapy in Idaho.

Strong leadership qualities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients and families.

Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.

Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.

Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and appropriate billing for services.
