What To Expect
Consider before submitting an application: This position is expected to start January or February 2027 and continue through Winter/Spring term (ending approximately May 2027) or continuing into Summer 2027 if available and there is an opportunity to do so. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time (40 hours/week) and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships. International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year. Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Intern to join our Sales & Delivery Programs Team. You will be working with our Sales & Delivery Territory Manager in developing and implementing strategies to maximize scalability, improve operational efficiency and drive adherence to compliance standards. You will assist across several teams, analyze data, and identify opportunities for process enhancements to ensure the delivery of top-notch customer experiences. What You'll Do Assist in the development and implementation strategies for key sales and delivery initiativesEfficiently coordinate resources, offer clear direction and timelines for deliverablesAssist in executing key sales and delivery initiatives including pre-delivery and delivery operations, sales operations, and compliance Consolidate and provide feedback to key stakeholders, conducting project evaluations and post-mortems, and driving process changes based on learningsRegularly visit sites to review activities, implement quality and customer service standards, resolve problems, identify trends, and escalate challenges, providing feedback to the Sales & Delivery Territory Manager What You'll Bring Currently pursuing a degree in Business or a related fieldImpeccable organizational skills and acute attention to detailProven ability to handle multiple projects with competing prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft OfficeDemonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and proactively seek clarification when neededStrong ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal business functions globally, as well as external vendorsAbility to travel up to 25% of the time Benefits
As a full-time Tesla Intern, you will be eligible for:
