Job Description
Emergency Care Physician We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Care Physician to join our team in Bridgton, ME. This role offers the opportunity to work in a critical access facility providing a range of medical services to the community. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients of all ages.
- Perform thorough evaluations and assessments; order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Stabilize and prioritize treatment for patients with complex medical issues.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and emergency staff.
- Participate in training and education programs for medical staff and community health initiatives.
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
- Active medical license to practice in the state.
- Previous experience in a high-acuity emergency care setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
