HR Generalist: Payroll, Benefits & Employee Engagement
Precision Castparts Corp
Precision Castparts is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Kent, WA, to provide HR and administrative support across all facility facets. This role includes maintaining payroll, benefits administration, and conducting employee orientations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in HRM or a related field and have 1-3 years of HR experience. Strong computer skills, especially in HRMS and MS Office, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills are required.
