Part-Time Creator Operations & Executive Assistant

About the Role

Intentional Luxury Bish is a fast-growing luxury fashion, beauty, and lifestyle media brand focused on helping women buy better, not more.

With an audience of 250K+ across social platforms, a rapidly growing paid newsletter, and a thriving affiliate commerce business, we’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful assistant to help scale our operations.

You’ll work directly with the founder to manage the behind-the-scenes execution of a content-driven commerce business spanning Instagram, TikTok, Substack, ShopMy, and brand partnerships.

This is not a content creation role. We’re looking for someone who can take operational responsibilities off the founder’s plate, build efficient processes, and keep a fast-moving business organized.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Commerce & Product Management

• Create, organize, and maintain affiliate links and product collections in ShopMy.
• Research product availability, pricing, promotions, and alternative retailers.
• Track product inventory and identify when frequently recommended items go on sale or sell out.
• Help organize product recommendations for social content and newsletters.
• Maintain accurate product information, links, and promotional details.

Analytics & Business Operations

• Track weekly performance across affiliate revenue, brand partnerships, and subscriptions.
• Maintain dashboards for clicks, conversions, sales, and content performance.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Create and maintain SOPs, trackers, and repeatable workflows.
• Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.

• A strong communicator. You write clearly, professionally, and understand how to communicate with premium brands.
• Commercially minded. You understand that content is a business and care about results, not just aesthetics.
• Interested in luxury. You have a genuine appreciation for quality, craftsmanship, fashion, beauty, and elevated consumer brands.

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of experience in creator operations, executive assistance, digital marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and spreadsheets.
• Excellent written English and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating asynchronously.

Strongly Preferred

• Experience with ShopMy, LTK, or other affiliate platforms.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Substack.
• Experience supporting an influencer, creator, newsletter, or e-commerce business.
• Familiarity with brand partnership workflows and creator campaigns.
• Experience with Notion, Airtable, Canva, or similar tools.

Details

• Location: Remote, with availability for some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.
• Hours: Approximately 10–15 hours per week to start.
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
