You’ll guide compliance, shape strategy, and partner across departments to drive sound financial decisions. Responsibilities: Oversee and elevate the tax function—lead a small, capable team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant filings across U.S. federal, state, and local levels. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership—translate complex tax concepts into actionable business strategies that support growth and compliance. Research and resolve complex tax matters while proactively identifying risks and opportunities across the organization. Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Operations, Accounting, HR, Treasury, and Business Development to ensure tax considerations are built into major business decisions. Improve and innovate—enhance processes, strengthen controls, and contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives and projects. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or Master’s in Taxation preferred). 5+ years of progressive corporate tax experience. Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local tax regulations. A proactive, organized mindset with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Clear communication skills and the ability to influence across teams and levels.
