Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Tucson, AZ. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills while working in a hospital setting.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in acute care or hospital environments preferred.
• Ability to perform patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, document per facility policy, and participate in interdisciplinary team and discharge planning.
• Experience supervising COTA staff or students preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with safe patient handling and mobility programs.
• Familiarity with assistive/adaptive equipment assessment and training.
• Experience with electronic medical record documentation in a hospital setting.

Assignment Details

• Shift pattern: Day, 5x8.
