Perform scrub functions, including preparing, selecting, and handling required surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies. Execute circulating duties by monitoring patient condition, documenting care, and managing the overall environment before, during, and after procedures. Directly assist the operating physician with surgical tasks such as patient positioning, hemostasis, suturing, and wound exposure. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
