This Revenue Specialist II – Child Support Case Processing Analyst position, on the Judicial Actions/Court Team, performs customer support for child support cases and aligns with critical thinking, customer service, and problem solving. Responsibilities Initiate and respond to requests Coordinate with internal and external partners Research and resolve case issues Gather information and analyze case data to determine next steps Assist customers Interact with legal services providers, other states, employers, and other business partners Make decisions based on case information and provided documentation Minimum Requirements Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program as a Revenue Specialist II. Not accepted a lateral transfer within the last 12 months (excluding hardship lateral transfers). Special Notes This role may be eligible for part‑time telework after completing required training and reaching an acceptable level of proficiency. The position requires routine travel for court attendance. Standard workday of 8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
