Clinic Receptionist

Receptionist PositionWe are seeking a Receptionist, also referred to as a Clinic Receptionist or Hospital Receptionist. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and helps create a welcoming, organized, and professional clinic experience. This position supports daily front office operations by answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and ensuring required paperwork is completed.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional mannerAnswer incoming calls and direct patients, providers, and staff appropriatelySchedule and reschedule patient appointments following provider protocolsCollect co-pays, deductibles, and other payments according to company policyAssist with paperwork, front office tasks, and other duties or special projects as assignedBefore we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers.
