BL101 began as an Instagram account started by a baseball obsessed teenager on his couch that started a community and has grown into something bigger than he ever couldve imagined.

Today, Baseball Lifestyle has over 200 employees, retail locations in malls and tournament complexes, and can be found in various sporting goods stores around the country, like Dicks Sporting Goods, Scheels, and Academy. The community built at BL101 has grown with the companys success and the mission to grow the love of baseball stands true every day.

PAY RANGE : $17 per hour

As a sales associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assisting customers with finding products, processing transactions efficiently, and maintaining a tidy sales floor. You'll utilize your product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience, promote sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Sales Associate is responsible for the following:

• Greeting customers and offering assistance
• Recommending products or merchandise to help customers
• Answering questions and addressing concerns
• Informing customers about sales, promotions and policies
• Taking payments for purchases and packaging purchases
• Stocking merchandise and creating displays
• Taking inventory and monitoring sales floor
• Performs other duties as assigned

SKILLS:

• The ability to communicate effectively
• Knowledge of point of sale systems
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Problem-solving

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Standing or sitting for extended periods
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Repetitive wrist motion
• Audible recognition of alarms
