Job Description
The IT Support Specialist is a vital member of a large IT department, responsible for providing technical support and ensuring smooth operation of mobile devices and IT systems within the organization. This role focuses on troubleshooting, hardware setup, software installation, and effectively managing support tickets using specialized tools such as JAMF.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for mobile devices and IT systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly
- Set up and configure hardware for end users
- Install and update software applications
- Manage and track support tickets to resolution
- Utilize JAMF to manage and support mobile devices
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support
