Executive Assistant & Shareholder Services Specialist

Citizens Bank - Oregon seeks an Executive Assistant/Shareholder Services Representative in Corvallis to provide executive-level support to the Board and Executive Team. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. The candidate will manage shareholder relationships, prepare Board materials, and perform daily reconciliations of the Bank's cash.
