• License/Certs: BLS, ACLS (required); NIHSS (preferred); CPI & CCRN (preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience, Epic experience required

What You'll Do

• Provide specialized care to ICU patients across various units including MICU, TICU, Neuro ICU, and Burn ICU
• Monitor patient conditions closely and respond swiftly to emergencies
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, protocols, and hospital policies
• Document patient information accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Support float requirements across all ICU units as needed
• Maintain a high standard of patient care during night shifts, including weekends and holidays

What You Need Required:

• Valid RN licensure in Louisiana or able to obtain licensure quickly
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
• Epic electronic health record experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend

Preferred:

• NIHSS certification
• CPI and CCRN certifications
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to multiple ICU environments
