The Supply Chain Transformation Manager is responsible for helping advance enterprise initiatives focused on business improvement, operational alignment, and scalable organizational growth. This role works across multiple functional areas to support process enhancement, technology adoption, and organizational effectiveness efforts that contribute to long-term business objectives.

Reporting to a functional leader, this position partners with business and technical teams to align priorities, execute key initiatives, and support governance practices across the organization. The role serves as a bridge between strategy and execution, helping define future operating approaches and drive measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

Enterprise Improvement & Operational Leadership

• Support the development and implementation of enterprise-wide improvement initiatives.
• Help define future operating approaches that align with strategic company objectives.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve business performance and efficiency.
• Promote consistency and standardization across regions, teams, and business functions.

Program & Initiative Leadership

• Partner with senior stakeholders to guide strategic initiatives from concept through execution.
• Develop business cases, success measures, and value realization plans.
• Coordinate program activities, timelines, governance, and executive reporting.
• Drive measurable business results related to cost, service, and operational effectiveness.

Technology & Process Enablement

• Collaborate with technical teams to support business application and platform initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions.
• Support testing, implementation, adoption, and continuous optimization activities.
• Promote improvements in data integrity, system utilization, and organizational visibility.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

• Serve as a trusted partner across multiple business functions.
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and decision-making forums.
• Build alignment among stakeholder groups regarding priorities and strategic objectives.
• Foster collaboration across global and regional teams.

Governance & Performance Improvement

• Support governance frameworks, process ownership models, and change management practices.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities for ongoing improvement and operational enhancement.
• Help ensure sustainability through documentation, training, and adoption activities.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience leading complex business initiatives in corporate, operational, or manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level projects involving multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong experience designing and implementing business process improvements.
• Experience working with enterprise business applications and operational systems.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization.

Preferred

• Experience in complex manufacturing, industrial, or technology-focused environments.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with reporting, visualization, or business intelligence platforms.

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $180,000.00 per year
