Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Michigan Educator Certification, in hand (no pending certifications)
• Minimum of three years of experience in virtual instruction strongly preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency using online instructional technology
• Willingness to complete a technology screening and background check
• Professional liability insurance required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized, virtual instruction and support to K-12 students on an as-needed/on-call basis
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each student, especially those temporarily outside of traditional classroom settings
• Communicate proactively and empathetically with students and, when appropriate, their families to foster engagement
• Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to confidentiality and compliance standards
