TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Cath Lab RN in Lawton, Oklahoma, 73505!

Job Title: Cath Lab Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours, 5 days a week, with on-call duty Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience required License: Oklahoma State License or compact Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIH Must-Have: Recent traveler experience preferred Description: We are a complete Cath Lab utilizing Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists, and a General Surgeon. We provide complete Cardiac and Peripheral Services. The procedures include Left Heart Cath, Right and Left Heart Cath, PTCA, Stenting, Thrombectomy, and Atherectomy. We also perform carotid diagnostic and stenting. Peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures including Atherectomy are part of our services. Additional procedures include Pacemaker Insertion, Tilt Table Test, Kyphoplasty, and AV graft diagnostic, stent, and thrombectomy. The Cath Lab RN will work an 8-hour day shift and rotate call during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The RN must be proficient in monitoring patients in the Cath Lab using devices such as the Philips Laser System, IVUS, OCT, and various coronary and peripheral atherectomy devices. Monitoring of LEXISCAN Stress Tests is also required. The RN will work with two Siemens Artis Zee C-arms and utilize McKesson CPACS, McKesson Cardiology, and McKesson Hemodynamic System. The position includes rotating between various duties such as helping with pre and post area, transporting, and assisting with other assigned duties.
