This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who is passionate about improving patient outcomes while providing leadership, mentoring clinical staff, and contributing to practice growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and develop customized orthotic and prosthetic treatment plans. Design, fit, and adjust orthotic and prosthetic devices. Provide follow-up care to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Mentor and support clinical staff while maintaining high standards of patient care. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and operational excellence. Interpret physician prescriptions and fabricate or recommend appropriate devices. Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation. Manage multiple patient cases while ensuring exceptional service. Qualifications ABC Certification in Prosthetics and Orthotics (or equivalent). Strong clinical experience in orthotics and prosthetics. Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Patient-focused mindset with a commitment to clinical excellence. Interest in contributing to practice growth and long-term success.
