Position: Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist -Stanton, CAJob Type: Temp-to-HirePay: $24/hourHours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMOvertime: Some Saturdays may be neededWhat You Will DoThis job is mostly Accounts Payable (AP) work. You will also help with Accounts Receivable (AR) when needed.You will do daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and must be careful and accurate.Daily TasksMake remote check depositsSort and hand out incoming mailHelp with Accounts Payable tasksHelp with Accounts Receivable tasks when neededWeekly TasksCheck and review AP batches for 5 locationsManage and pass out internal mailEnter invoicesPost and print checksMonthly TasksHelp with month-end balancing and cleanupProcess union hoursProcess Anthem billsExperience Required3+ years of Accounts Payable experienceBasic knowledge of Accounts ReceivableExperience with:Entering invoicesReviewing AP batchesProcessing checksHelping with month-end balancingBest Fit CandidateYou are a great fit if you are:Positive and easy to work withFocused and careful with detailsHardworking and dependableOn time and consistent every daySerious about doing a good job#MS-OCACCT #J-18808-Ljbffr Marquee Staffing
