This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining roll forming machineryused to shape steel into finished products. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, experience in a manufacturing environment, and a strong focus on safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Operate roll forming machines to shape steel according to specifications Set up tooling, rollers, and guides based on product requirements Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality production Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production schedules Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment Troubleshoot issues with materials, alignment, or machine operation Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all plant safety rules and procedures Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Jackson, TN 2587 196 Carriage House Jackson, TN 38305
