Overview Located just outside of San Antonio, a private practice is seeking a BE/BC nephrologist to join their growing practice. Collaborate with 26 other physicians and 8 nurse practitioners. Position Details Monday to Friday schedule – inpatient, outpatient, and dialysis coverage. Busy practice allows you to build your patient panel quickly and start earning productivity bonuses immediately. Two‑year partnership track with no buy‑in requirements. Current partners are making over $500,000 per year. First‑year compensation between $280,000 – $300,000, with an additional $35,000 recruitment bonus.
