We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic, high-volume dining establishment. If you have a proven track record of optimizing labor costs, developing top-tier talent, and driving front-of-house excellence, we want you on our leadership team.

Our management team focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining strong operational solutions. We rely on data, extensive hospitality experience, and strategic planning to exceed our revenue goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations and ensure seamless service. Your primary duties will include:

• Directing a large team of front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers, to guarantee exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Identifying and developing internal talent, such as promoting high-performing support staff into service and supervisory roles.
• Coordinating high-profile private parties, corporate gatherings, and community events utilizing event management software like Tripleseat.
• Reducing labor costs through strategic staff scheduling and volume-based floor adjustments.
• Partnering closely with the back-of-house team to control food costs and maintain strict inventory budgets.
• Executing community-driven promotional events to drive daily sales and support local outreach initiatives.
• Utilizing industry-leading POS systems, such as TOAST or MICROS, to streamline operations and train staff on soft-selling techniques.

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you need a strong foundation in restaurant leadership and a solutions-oriented mindset. We look for the following experience:

• Substantial management experience in a high-volume dining environment (managing annual sales volumes of $4 million to $6.5 million is highly preferred).
• Demonstrated success in reducing operational costs while improving service metrics.
• A strong history of coaching and mentoring team members into elevated roles.
• Expertise in front-of-house logistics, table management, and guest recovery.
• Proficiency with modern restaurant technology, including scheduling platforms and complex POS networks.
