This is your chance to make a profound impact on patients' lives while advancing your career in an innovative and collaborative environment.ICU Nurse Job ResponsibilitiesProvide Exceptional Patient Care: Deliver specialized nursing care to critically ill patients, ensuring their comfort and safety during their recovery.Monitor Patient Conditions: Observe, assess, and document patients' vital signs and responses to treatment, and provide immediate interventions as needed.Collaborate with the Care Team: Work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.Administer Medications and Treatments: Manage IV medications, blood products, and other complex treatments with precision and care.Support Families: Communicate effectively with patients' families, offering guidance and emotional support during challenging times.RequirementsLicensure & Certifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in CA.BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; TNCC preferred.Skills & Experience: Previous experience in an ICU, emergency room, or other critical care setting is preferred.
