Job Summary:
A Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. The role involves providing care for elderly, frail, and rehabilitation patients in a nursing home setting attached to a hospital. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This position requires the ability to work 12-hour day shifts, every other weekend and holiday.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour days; every other weekend and holiday.
• Required Qualifications: Valid license to submit; BLS (AHA) certification; minimum of 1 year of elderly experience; basic proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) system ECS.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Must be available for at least half of holidays during assignment. Clinicians must note in submission if they have previously worked for the organization; if so, the prior employment end date must be at least 6 months before the submission date. Clinicians are required to clock in and out at the facility.
