Dental AssistantSea Mar Community Health Centers, a community-based organization committed to providing quality, comprehensive health, human, housing, educational and cultural services to diverse communities, is recruiting for the following position:Sea Mar is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to support dental providers and deliver quality patient care. This role includes chairside assistance, patient education, infection control, and supporting clinic operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry across multiple proceduresEscort and greet patients; ensure patient comfort and confidentialityAssist with patient charting, vitals, and dental documentation in Dentrix/AllscriptsMaintain sterilization and infection control standardsSupport scheduling, inventory, supply ordering, and quality improvement activitiesTrain new staff and assist with competency testing and ongoing educationQualificationsCompletion of a formal Dental Assistant program or 1+ year experienceWashington State DOH Dental Assistant Registration requiredBLS CPR required within 90 days of hireStrong infection control and patient communication skillsBilingual English/Spanish preferredSea Mar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive benefits package.Starting Wage: $22.34 per hourWork Schedule: Tuesday – SaturdayHourly - Hourly Plan, 22.34 USD HourlyWhat We Offer:Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
