We care for and provide for a wide range of clients with a focus on honoring those we serve.Position duties include:Visiting clients in their homes and helping maintain their independence.Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.Assisting with daily routines such as light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.Engaging clients in conversation, recreational activities, or outings as needed.Reporting any changes in client behavior or condition to the leadership team.Maintaining accurate documentation of visits and tasks performed.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED preferred, previous experience in caregiving, customer service, or companionship roles is a plus.How good?Positively change the lives of individuals and families in our communities.Honor those we serve by providing access to care for those who have been traditionally overlooked by the health care system.Support a talented team and be a part of a team that supports each other.Benefits include:Paid training, flexible schedules
