Our Arizona operation supports telecommunications customer acquisition and market-growth initiatives. As we expand into new territories, we're developing individuals who can begin by mastering customer acquisition and sales before progressing into account leadership, team development, and market management responsibilities. The Role As an Entry-Level Account Manager, your initial focus will be new customer acquisition . You'll work directly with prospective customers, represent telecom services, identify customer needs, explain available solutions, and help grow our client's customer base throughout the Arizona market. This is a customer-facing sales position , not a traditional desk-based account management role. As you demonstrate performance and leadership ability, you'll have opportunities to take on greater responsibility involving account development, training, campaign performance, and team leadership. What You'll Do Acquire new customers through face-to-face sales and customer engagement Represent telecommunications products and services professionally Educate prospective customers on available services, promotions, and solutions Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service options Develop relationships with prospective and new customers Support customer retention and overall account satisfaction Track customer acquisition and account performance Meet individual and team sales objectives Participate in ongoing sales, communication, and leadership training Collaborate with leadership on territory and market expansion Learn campaign operations from customer acquisition through account development Growth Responsibilities As you develop within the organization, you may have opportunities to: Train and mentor new team members Manage customer acquisition goals for an assigned territory Assist with campaign performance and reportingDevelop and coach sales representatives Support new territory launches Participate in recruiting and team development Assist with account and client initiatives Take responsibility for larger portions of Arizona market operations Who We're Looking For We're looking for individuals who are: Ambitious and goal-oriented Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face Competitive and performance-driven Professional and dependable Coachable and willing to learn Interested in sales, business, marketing, or account management Motivated by advancement and additional responsibility Capable of working independently and within a team Interested in developing leadership skills Experience That Translates Well Candidates from a variety of backgrounds can succeed in this position, including: Sales | Customer Service | Retail | Hospitality | Athletics | Marketing | Communications | Business | Leadership Previous telecommunications or account management experience is not required .
