Electrical Commissioning Manager – Mission Critical / Industrial Projects We're seeking an experienced Electrical Commissioning Manager to lead the delivery of complex electrical commissioning projects across mission-critical and industrial environments. This is an excellent opportunity for a commissioning professional with strong leadership skills who can manage teams, oversee testing activities, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead electrical commissioning activities from planning through project completion. Manage and mentor a team of commissioning engineers and technicians. Oversee testing, validation, and startup of electrical systems including switchgear, transformers, protective relays, and control systems. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, design teams, and clients to ensure successful project delivery. Maintain commissioning documentation, test reports, and QA/QC records. Promote a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Act as the primary client contact throughout the commissioning phase. What We\'re Looking For 12+ years of electrical commissioning experience with 3-5+ years leading commissioning teams. Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, commissioning methodologies, and acceptance testing. Experience with NETA ATS/MTS, NEC, NFPA 70E, and related industry standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills. NICET, CCP, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
