Seeking BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join busy practice in Des Moines, IA.

- Base Salary: $290,191 \n
- Recruitment incentive: $150,000 \n
- Moving allowance up to $15,000 \n
- Annual CME allowance of $6,000 \n
- Paid Malpractice with Tail Coverage \n
- Retirement options (403B with match + 457B) \n
- Benefits Day One \n
- 31 days of time off \n
