Inventory Control Specialist, Aventura

The Team Hermès Aventura Boutique, opened in 2021, focuses on extraordinary service in the Southern Region. This position will report to the Operations Manager and collaborate with the sales and support teams to enhance the client experience in a fast‑paced, luxury environment. The Opportunity Inventory Control Specialist responsible for managing store inventory. Primary duties include receiving, merchandising, ticketing, packing, and shipping; processing RTV and after‑sales service; maintaining filing systems; coordinating weekly cycle counts and bi‑annual inventories; ordering and maintaining stock levels of shipping/selling supplies, store, and kitchen supplies. All other duties as assigned. About the Role Maintain accurate, organized store inventory; participate in cycle counts, bi‑annual inventories, and reconciliation with support from Managing Director and Operations Manager. Process all incoming and outgoing shipments within the business day they are generated. Ensure proper documentation is completed. Check in all returns against previous day’s business. Print and ticket merchandise, returns, and price updates. Process, record, maintain, and follow up on all after‑sales service. Process damages, maintain inventory for damages. Work with Store Management to analyze business and replenish needs. Develop inventory strategies to support the selling process and maintain warehouse standards daily. About You 2+ years of experience in operations, preferred in a luxury environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze information effectively. Problem‑solving ability. Multi‑tasking with accuracy. Attention to detail. Follow written and verbal policies and directives. Attention to asset protection and inventory control. Technology proficiency for internal systems and external shipping software. Ability to lift 0‑25 lbs. without assistance.
