The Server is the friendly face of the guest experience at Le Petit Pali at Ocean Ave bringing energy, warmth, and genuine care to every table. From morning coffee service to evening social hour, you'll make sure every guest feels looked after.

The tasks include anticipating and responding to guest needs quickly and warmly, communicating professionally with guests, coworkers, and management, maintaining a thorough understanding of our food and beverage menu, recognizing and resolving problems using good judgment, tact, and initiative, operating cash registers, the Micros system, and hot beverage equipment accurately, keeping your workspace clean and organized, and following management's instructions and written memos.

We are looking for someone with 1+ years of experience as a Server, clear communicator with strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy, comfortable with basic arithmetic and point-of-sale systems, and good judgment, calm under pressure, and a collaborative team player. The physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs throughout the shift, and flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
