High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 21 years old and have a current SC commercial B class driver's license (CDL B) with less than 3 moving violations or chargeable accidents in the previous three years. Prior driving experience with vehicle requiring CDL B license required. Must have excellent customer service skills and be available to work a varied schedule. 1. Must be able to log and summarize the usage of the Health Express. 2. Ensures that the Health Express is clean, fueled, and ready for daily functions. 3. Keeps the Manager of Community Prevention and Wellness Services informed of any operational or customer service issues. 4. Assists with on-the-job training of all new employees. 5. Exhibits excellent service behavior to patients, visitors, physicians and co-workers; shows courtesy, personalized attention, compassion and timely responsiveness to both internal and external customers; contributes to making improvements. 6. Drives Health Express on assigned route to destination and assists with proper set up. 7. Inspects and maintains truck on a daily use basis. 8. Leaves and returns with the Health Express in a professional manner; assuring that all protocol is followed. 9. Assist with screenings and educational offerings in collaboration with SRH staff.
