Healthcare Security Program Manager

Securitas seeks a Healthcare Security Program Manager to oversee security operations across healthcare facilities, ensuring a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This role leads site security teams, manages contracts and service quality, and partners with client leadership on risk assessments, incident response, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The manager develops post orders, training, and emergency procedures; analyzes incident trends; and drives continuous improvement. Success requires strong leadership, healthcare security experience, client relationship skills, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and performance in a 24/7 environment.
