How you’ll make an impact Acting as an onsite safety liaison with primary focus in construction and fire safety, incumbents will conduct job site inspections to monitor conformance with construction and fire safety standards and coordinate with the project management team to help improve safety on the jobsite. They will inspect the site to determine if conditions meet required federal, state, and local standards and document any unsafe conditions. They provide comprehensive accident investigations that include interview, photographs, and written report. They coordinate with clients and participate in loss‑control inspections with insurance brokers and/or carrier representatives, and accompany regulatory officials on site inspections. They coordinate onsite safety meetings and appropriate toolbox talks, perform new worker orientations, and may supervise onsite staff. About You Required: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science. Minimum six years of experience in engineering or safety and health consulting. Registration or designation in one or more of the following technical areas: Certified Industrial Hygienist, Certified Safety Professional, or Professional Engineer. Prior experience in profit‑and‑loss management for consulting. Preferred Behaviors: Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
