About the job Guest Services Assistant
Hope's Global Getaways is a remote travel planning company powered by a full-service travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, honeymoons, cruises, family vacations, and luxury getaways. We partner with top global travel brands to design seamless, memorable travel experiences for clients worldwide.
- Support clients throughout the travel preparation process
- Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, cruises, flights, sightseeing opportunities, and vacation experiences
- Research available travel options and review suitable selections based on client requests
- Monitor reservation activity and help ensure travel information is accurate and up to date
- Provide prompt assistance through email, phone, and online communication channels
- Help resolve scheduling concerns and support travel-related updates when needed
- Maintain organized records and client information within company platforms
- Stay informed on destination insights, supplier updates, and special travel promotions
- Participate in virtual training programs, team meetings, and professional development activities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Comfortable using online tools, email, and computer applications
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote work habits
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Interest in customer support, hospitality, travel, or client-facing services
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or many hiring regions
