Wage: $24.00-$26.50/hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

Compounder Responsibilities:

- Understand the operation, methods and all techniques used in the manufacture of chemical products - Sanitize and assist in preparations for product making - Blend batches with assistance as needed - Identify the correct raw materials for batches - Handle all chemicals in accordance with State and local regulations - Maintain surveillance of your limited access area in the facility to be sure only authorized individuals enter the area - Read and understand SDS - Perform aseptic sampling of raw materials, intermediates, and bulks - Utilize a computer for data entry including batch information, downtime tracking, and tank status - Maintain accurate inventory by using scanner to document consumption of raw materials and components used during manufacturing

Requirements for Compounder:

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred - Basic math skills - Able to read, write and speak English - Able to perform various physical demands such as stand, walk, kneel, crawl and crouch throughout shift - Able to lift to 50lbs as needed and team lift to 100lbs as needed - Able to use basic hand tools - Able to pass forklift certification QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
