Seeking an experienced and safety-focused Concrete Pump Operator to join our growing team. The Concrete Pump Operator is responsible for safely operating, maintaining, and transporting concrete pump trucks to construction sites while ensuring efficient and accurate concrete placement.

This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate boom pumps and line pumps on commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
• Drive and transport pump equipment to and from job sites.
• Set up and tear down pumping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with contractors, ready-mix suppliers, and jobsite personnel.
• Monitor concrete flow and placement to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Clean and maintain pump systems, hoses, and components.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues as needed.
• Complete daily equipment inspection reports and job documentation.
• Follow all OSHA, DOT, company, and jobsite safety requirements.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive customer relationships.

Qualifications

Required

• Valid CDL Class A or B (preferred).
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol screening.
• Experience operating concrete pumps, heavy equipment, or commercial trucks.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical labor.
• Strong understanding of construction site safety practices.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and varying schedules as needed.

Preferred

• ACPA Concrete Pump Operator Certification.
• Previous experience operating Schwing, Putzmeister, Alliance, or CIFA concrete pumps.
• Hydraulic and mechanical troubleshooting experience.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.
• Experience with residential foundations, commercial slabs, and wall placements.

Physical Requirements

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to handle concrete hoses and pumping accessories.
